Jána was reaping in a big field.
A shepherd was pasturing his flock, and he said to Jána,
“Come on, Jána, have lunch—noontime has come!”

noontime comes when Mama comes,
when Mama brings a round bánitsa!
You come here, shepherd, and we’ll have lunch!”
